Same here,Not A real avid gamer anymore.The last game I sat down and played through was Fallout 3.That was like over A year ago.Been mostly into collecting game compilations.Like Sega,capcom,midway, snk ect. Kinda miss the good old days,coming here and seeing Nick tear someone A new one lol.

Translation Projects

This'll be the index page for all my fan translation projects (aside from Motteke Tamago which is Dave Shadoff's) for video games I've been working on since late 2001. I'm not sure what more info to add at present though. Same content-filling problem I have for the rest of the site as well, but I'll see how things go. Slowly but surely. Most pages here will be bare bones till I free up some time to really work on things.

Yeah, same boat as you. I'll have to buy a PSP eventually but the trouble is I'm not much of a gamer anymore. I still have tons of untouched PS1/PS2 console games to play (maybe in my retirement I'll finally get around to playing 'em), nevermind going to a new portable system. I've made exceptions for Ys games of course over the years, so yeah, basically it's rare as hell for me to actually sit down with a videogame from start to finish...

Been entirely offline for almost 2 months straight and probably will be for another month after today's quick visit... God, hate cleaning up your inbox after a long absence, ya know? = Well, just doing a quick drive-by hello, and yessss, what you might've heard about XSEED is true! XSEED's upcoming Felghana PSP port will be using Deuce's translation work! When I have a moment to breathe in the future, I'll say a few words about it, reflections and such. Well, hasta luego. =)

YES!!! Ys I & II Chronicles, Ys ~The Oath in Felghana, Ys Seven, and the entirety of The Legend of Heroes ~Trails in the Sky~ have all been licensed in North America by XSEED. Very sweet news indeed. I'm just wondering if they're going to dub the voices or provide a dual audio option.

Ah nevermind, yeah, it was broken. Fixed. Man, I've been away a while, I don't even finish my rants anymore... Heh-heh. There are still 2 main entries I have yet to get back to and now I wonder if the Ys IV dub idea was worth pursuing. I just don't have the energy that I used to and then there's the Ys "fanbase" which only grows more and more disgusting/detestabl to me every year... The thought of them getting their warez hands on new patches by me is something I haven't reconciled with, I guess. It's very tempting to leave everything as is, as the Felghana leak left it 3 years ago. But, the time to make a final decision one way or another hasn't yet come so until then.

Was the Falcom Weekly Special feature broken for any length of time? I came back today to fix it thinking it was broken from the other day, but looks like it's OK now. Probably was the transition from one sale to another as the image is changed.
