Title: New translation project: Cosmic Fantasy 4 - Chapter 1

Hey guys, I recently decided to start working on an english translation for Cosmic Fantasy 4 - Chapter 1. This is quite the project so progress has been slow, but I have Rich (aka tomaitheous) helping me with research and possibly asm mods.

I'll post screenshots here as we make new progress.

There are no text compression routines (yet), or even pointer modifications... otherwise this would have an "!" after "Welcome"

Nice! So tomaitheous has agreed to hack the font routines to use 8x16 or 8x12 font tiles? Well, it's great that he's been getting better at that. That now gives PCE-CD translation projects a viable future. Anyhow, good luck.

I'm not sure what will be done with the font at this point... However, ascii mode was recently implimented! :)
