Title: Challenging?

Hello, was wonder how the difficulty is in this game? Only played Ys 1 for a good deal of time but then stopped due to never being able to beat the first real boss no matter what, is it easier to battle bosses in this one due to being able to jump and slash? Any info on this matter would be nice, thanks.

Each boss requires a unique strategy to win. At higher difficulty settings, bosses can be pretty hard. But in the end, it's just a matter of memorizing their attack pattern and dodging accordingly.

Most of Felghana's bosses are not easy. I got owned by them many times, but I also rushed though the game. Also, YS I&II are easy, you probably did not spend enough time leveling up. Give it another try, one level can make all the difference.

Ok just remember leveling myself up higher then was recommended for the first boss and still not being able to beat him.  But this was over a year ago so not quiet sure I remember everything right. Thanks for the info though.

remeber you can always cheat with the Debug mode if you have trouble ( but just ruins the game)

Does anyone have a video clip of fighting the secret boss?

if you can play Inferno difficulty then you sure can access this boss.
