Hmmm. Try using the "Low" button in the Setup utility. Reducing the video quality demands might be worth a try. Is virtual memory maxed out? How much RAM do you have? Could be a memory issue also. I really don't know other than that.

I have a

1.4gig AMD Athlon
768 SDRAM of memory
250 gigs of HD space. Have 4 hard drives totaling 250 gigs
64 MB Readeon
Windows XP HE

I don't know what it could be. I got it to work past that scene now it fails after I see guy in mountain after fairy fight.

http://www.nifty.com/aiky/origin/wander/index.html I think this is the official page. Those downloads are not for free because they ask for a password.

Thank you! Though how do you obtain the password??? I do not know Japanese so where do I go to obtain a password from this sight? Thanks for your help also!

I keep getting this error message everytime I get to the scene where Chester pushes Adol over the end in ruins. When adols falls game crashes out and brings me back to the desktop with the Elana icon message saying the following. I reinstalled game and still get this error. Can someone help me out? Thank you.

"There was an error reading data\map\s_35\s_3517\s_3517__s.yco.z.

The library may be damaged...

Try reinstalling the game.
unpack.cpp(131)"

Just made a donation a few minutes ago. Can't wait until patch is completed. Great work to you all who helped. I have not tested the beta and asked for a copy. Though I can wait for the completed project. I love the Ys series and being able to play it in english is a blessing! I love the types of action adventure RPGs.

I am a Action RPG fan and love games like Zelda,Shining Wisdom. and Ys. I've been looking for other great Action RPGs for the PC. Can someone here list a few other games similar to games like YS??? Thanks!

Oath will be first. Napishtim is fully translated but suffers from the whole Japanese menus problem right now.

Really??? For the PC or your talking about the PSP and PS2 version??? I would like to know more about this info. That way I can watch for it's release. I own the Japanesse version and I'm waiting on a patch someday!

I love YS and got more into it due to the english patch NightWolve did for the other versions. Thanks!
