So how old was he when he did the Ys compositions? There's an article that states he was recruited by Falcom at 18.
Hey GMF, I looked at your profile just a moment ago (the quickness of your online to offline status had puzzled me) and it led me to your blog. I see that you got to meet Yuzo Koshiro and Nobuo Uematsu? I didn't realize your screename actually lives up to itself to such an extent... Heh. Anyway, that's pretty cool in a super sheeky geeky kind of way you got the chance to, I must say.Hey, thanks for checking out my page.
On Ys Online: This is the first I've seen of those screenshots and I like what I see.
I'll be heading overseas to Stockholm this June when the Play tour premieres FF VI's Dancing Mad. I should be meeting MP83 there, too. Looking forward to it.
I'm sure one of us will post it when it's finished.

Now I really want to play it again.
Being an established lover of RPGs and game music thanks to the NES, when the TG16 hit I went after a lot of games for that system. One game that I loved for it was Dungeon Explorer. Then the CD/Duo upgrade came and I found Ys. It's funny, I don't remember buying it, just that it was there. I probably bought it because I knew it would at least be a new adventure game. That was the first time I had heard voice acting in a game. Then I played Exile, and was even more impressed. When I played Ys though, the music was so magical for me. I could not get over it.
