Kay, so I've reinstalled the game 3 times, patched 1101/1203 individually and tested each stage, and I still cannot get the game running. I've tried using both Applocale and I already have my windows set for Japanese games. When I try to start up the game, I get a Windows error. At this point, I tried to switch to Windows mode and see how that went, and I got a "Process cannot be initialized" error. Starting up the game again in Windows mode ended up in the same Windows error. I've tried setting all the configs to lowest possible also. I'm at a loss to where to go

What do you mean by you also tried it in "Windows mode?" I assume you mean you've tried launching the game with and without AppLocale?

Not sure what the problem could be just from the error message. A little more information would be nice so we can help you out, though. Are you running Windows XP? Post your system specs too (What Processor, Video Card, Amount of System Memory?)
