Is it a final kind of thing that they lost their PC publisher and that they won't be doing anymore PC titles, just PSP?

Is it true,Nightwolve? Oh well,i think i'll consider buying a Vita someday  :(
Oh yes,Memories of Celceta will be released by XSEED in North America,same ones who localized Oath in Felghana for PC via Steam,if i remember (Man,do i love that game?).It's not too much to wait for a PC version of Memories of Celceta,is it?

Surprisingly, they got a PC publisher for China or something. I mean, many versions of Ys 7 for the PC/Windows were released in China...
