Alright, I'm assuming you're not a joke account. Based on that assumption, I'll answer your question. Um, have you actually tried running them yet? You have downloaded the new patches, "YsI(US)v127.exe" & "YsII(US)v102.exe," right? They're pretty self-explanatory on their own, but perhaps you have the really old cab-based ones. If so, here go the links to the latest ones:

/translations/yscomplete/#5Know how to double click an exe? Then you pretty much click Next, Next, Browse (to find YS1_WIN.EXE or YS2_WIN.EXE), Install, Next again, blah blah.... And there might be some prompting question boxes for Ys II's case, that's about it. The only other detail is you need to run them while connected to the internet so they can obtain certain Falcom patches.
Anyhow, that's it. If you get stuck, you need to specify exactly where. This is assuming you already figured out how to install the game itself. That's your bigger issue as opposed to running simple patches which don't require any separate step-by-step instructions, something you'll realize once you run them.
